By creating an account or joining a project on EstafetWorks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

3. Projects and payments

When you join a project, you pay a participation fee upfront. This fee covers your printed book and your share of production costs. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are issued if a project does not reach its minimum contributors.

4. Content guidelines

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others. EstafetWorks reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet our content standards.

5. Intellectual property

By submitting content, you grant EstafetWorks a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to publish, reproduce, and distribute your contribution as part of the collaborative book. You confirm that your submission is your own original work.

6. Limitation of liability

EstafetWorks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your participation.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
