Join and Pay
When you join a project, your participation fee covers the cost of your printed book plus your share of production costs. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your spot is reserved immediately.
Write Your Contribution
Use our built-in editor to write your pages. Each project specifies exactly how many pages you need to write. Our AI assistant helps with grammar, style, and ensures your writing fits the project's tone — while keeping your authentic voice.
AI Review and Human Editing
Every submission goes through our AI review process first, checking for grammar, content safety, and coherence with the project theme. Then our human editors review and approve each submission before it goes to print.
The Book Comes Together
As all contributors submit their pages, the book assembles itself. You can see how many contributors have joined and watch the project fill up. When all spots are filled and submissions approved, the book goes to print.
Receive Your Book
A professionally printed book arrives at your door. Your name is listed as a contributor. It's a real book — something you can hold, gift, and display proudly. A permanent record of your contribution to something bigger than yourself.

What happens if a project doesn't fill up?
If a project doesn't reach its minimum contributors, participants receive a full refund. We only print when a project is complete.
Who owns the content I write?
By contributing to a project, you grant EstafetWorks the rights to publish your contribution as part of the collaborative book. You retain credit as a named contributor.
Can I contribute to multiple projects?
Yes! You can join as many projects as you like. Each project is independent with its own timeline and community.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on the project. Most projects take 3-6 months from opening to delivery, depending on the number of contributors and the submission timeline.
